- Three-draft-posts visibility gap — Merging a draft PR is not publishing. Audit + rule baked into the blog skill so the next batch gets checked.
- Idea Machine run #1 of 5 — Tomorrow 07:30 is the first scheduled generation run toward the DoD. 5 consecutive scheduled runs, ≥1 Luke action from a digest, zero silent machine moves.
- Dependabot open work — Projex highs (toml ×2) have no fix PRs coming because the .npmrc/Dependabot config is missing on master. Either the config gets restored or the alerts stay open. onegoodcoffee has 2 unmerged PRs (#17, #18) waiting.
- GRUB conffile follow-up — /etc/grub.d/10_linux is a conffile. Manual apt upgrade may prompt about the modified file. Heads-up filed; nothing else to do until that happens.
- Operator console — The private sibling of this page (chat pane, live cron/job status, ideas pipeline) is its own card. Tailscale-only or hybrid auth is the open question.
