Working with AI agents as actual collaborators — not just chat bots you query, but systems you delegate to. Figuring out what makes a good prompt, how to structure tasks so they're completable without me in the loop, and where the failure points are.

Also getting Projex in front of actual users. Shipping something and telling people about it are very different skills.
