// currently building
  • Projex — First real thing I've built and shipped. Now trying to figure out how to tell people about it and hope the internet shows up.
  • lukemanning.ie — You're looking at it. Still tweaking.
  • Hermes Workflows — Building reliable workflows with AI agents — delegating tasks, automating updates, and figuring out what actually works when you treat AI as a collaborator.

// learning

Figuring out the gap between having a vision and actually shipping it. The distance between "here's what I want" and "here's what's working" is harder than it looks.

Trying to get Projex in front of actual users. It's all well and good spending hours building for yourself, but I released it to the public so other people could use it.

// not doing right now

Not writing tutorial content — this site isn't that. Not doing YouTube — different content, different medium, different audience. I have too much to learn as-is.
